Elder Ian Rolando Fletcher was ordained as an Elder of the Church of God in Christ in 2006. Ian is currently the Pastor of Trinity Assembly Dream Center C.O.G.I.C. He was the Financial Director and Sunday School Superintendent for the Tabernacle of Praise Restoration Outreach Center Church of God in Christ and Director for Community Development of Generation Outreach Church of God in Christ. He received the Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and a Bachelors in Telecommunications Production from the University of Florida. Ian is currently the Vice President of Talent & Education. Ian has more than 20 years of experience in service leadership and management with a focus on business/client relations. Ian is currently on the Association of Chamber of Commerce Foundation Inc. board, Education Foundation of Alachua County Board, Santa Fe College Blount Center’s Advisory Committee and Santa Fe College Health Information Technology Advisory Council, Santa Fe College Career Pathways Consortium, Rotary Club of Gainesville and a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
Ian is a graduate of Leadership Gainesville class 32 the Dean of the Leadership Gainesville Class 33 and is a member of Leadership Gainesville Alumni Association (LGAA). He is a past chair of Gainesville-Alachua County Regional Airport Authority, past member of the Small Business Council, past Director of East Gainesville Development Corporation, past chair of AMIkids Gainesville.
Ian is currently the CEO and one of the founders for Xposure Consulting Firm, Inc. Ian is married to Patrice Fletcher and two children daughter Julia Fletcher and a son Joshua Fletcher in memoriam.
Deaconess Missionary Patrice Fletcher is a licensed Missionary that is affiliated with Florida Second Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of the Church of God in Christ. The Jurisdiction Prelate is Bishop Edward Robinson Sr. and Jurisdiction Supervisor of Women Mother Mildred Eason. Patrice was a member of Generation Outreach Church of God in Christ (C.O.G.I.C), where she was an active member and has held positions such as the assistant for the Christian Education Department and has served as Sunday school superintendent, taught Sunday school, bible study and member of the Finance committee. She is the wife of Elder Ian Fletcher and the mother of two (2) children Julia and Joshua Fletcher.
